Biographical Information

A native Texan, raised in a small ranching community southwest of Ft. Worth.  I have traveled throughout the United States and Europe.  I have lived in New York, California, Oklahoma and lived in Arizona for almost 18 years, until December of 2002 when I returned to Texas.

Single with 1 cat, Ranger, the formally feral kitten, a black Labrador mix, Niki, a UKC Rat Terrier Draco.  Niki was adopted in January of 2001 from the Humane Society of AZ.  She is full of energy and love. She really likes treats and going for rides in the truck.  By all reason, Draco should be classified as a BRAT Terrier instead of Rat Terrier (which I think is a terrible name for a breed of dog). The BRAT part of his classification is definitely my fault! The newbie in the house is Ranger (short for Lone Ranger) the 1 year old formally feral kitten that has tamed down and thinks he is a dog.  Check out Ranger's, Draco's and Niki’s pages above.

In addition to the animals, I am a videophile or that should now be DVDphile.  I enough DVD’s that my friends use me instead of the nationally franchised movie rental places.  I’m better than those places will ever be, there is no 5 for $5 at my house.  You want to see it and I have it, no problem, just bring it back within a reasonable amount of time and everyone is happy.

I also love to camp, but have come to the conclusion that tent camping for me and the dogs is not a real good thing. Besides, setting up, taking down and sleeping on the ground becoming a bit much. (Not that I am getting old or anything) - So future outings will be int he comfort of a travel trailer, still able to enjoy the outdoors with a little bit of home along.
